PROFILE
Highly motivated self starter with a solid Management background within the Heavy Civil/Power industry. Efficient in coordinating large numbers of personnel and equipment for mass excavation, site remediation, pipe rehabilitation, industrial or site development projects such as Landfill, DOT, water & waste water treatment and commercial box construction. Solid background working with a diverse combination of materials such as rock, clay, peat and sand in wet/dry applications in depths of up to 40’ feet deep. Vast experience with ductile Iron, VCP, HDPE, CMP, and RCP to 108” in diameter. Advanced understanding of administrative management as it pertains to cost, P&L, billing, scheduling, hiring and personnel training. Highly self sufficient with little or no supervision needed but readily excels as a team player.

Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives. Hire and train all personnel and subcontractors while working with customers daily to resolve any issues that may arise. Oversee and assure that services provided assist in cutting time and expenses for the client. Oversee daily site activities and incorporate any necessary changes to the schedule and/or placement of personnel, equipment in order to meet site standards and conditions while monitoring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Project Manager
Plan and organize all aspects of landfill, pipe rehabilitation/repair, bituminous/RCC paving and heavy civil construction projects from contract award through completion. Prepare, organize and implement all documentation such as submittals, purchase orders, change orders, schedule of values and monthly billing to the owner. Purchase/lease construction equipment as needed per site. Negotiate pricing of materials with vendors, develop final scope of work for subcontractors, prepare and award all subcontracts per project and approve all payments/AP while closely monitoring P&L on a weekly basis. Prepare project schedules using scheduling software, evaluate in real time schedule adherence, maintain and update schedules for duration of jobs, coordinate subcontractor/vendor site activities for schedule compliance. Read and interpret all construction drawings and specifications, and provide warranties and training to the owner where applicable. Effectively managed and overseen a diverse crew of 70 skilled tradesmen on a single project.
