Director of Engineering & Maintenance:
Serve as lead engineer responsible for all product and manufacturing design, as well as, coordinating and implementing new product development initiatives. Responsible for the maintenance/upkeep of over 500,000sq/ft of property and manufacturing/support equipment totaling $85 million.
• Recruit, manage, and supervise the development of 97 highly skilled Six Sigma and Black Belt certified project engineers, managers and maintenance technicians with an annual operating budget of $16 million.

• Develop and administer lean manufacturing objectives as part of the executive management team.

• Implement cost reduction activities totaling $.5-$2.1million annually. Areas include: yield and uptime improvements, cycle time reduction, alternative material development, process improvement, scrap reduction, bulk material supply, and worldwide sourcing.
