More than 36 years experience in project engineering and money management, estimating, engineering, design, fabrication, repair, commissioning and on-stream maintenance of natural gas, chemical and fuel refinery piping and equipment. He also has a great deal of supportive background in civil/structural; extensive knowledge of the many governing codes such as ASME Sections I through IX, and all parts thereof; API Codes; AWS Codes (B31.1 and B31.3); DOT (Department of Transportation); TEMA and the NBIC (National Board Inspection Code). I have been involved a great deal in positions of field engineering, mechanical design, piping design, front end loading, plant layout and maintenance of mechanical equipment and modular units. He also maintained key leadership roles during review of contracts, drawings and specifications of capital expansion equipment prior to being issued for purchase and construction.

Project / Commissioning Engineer / Project Budget Management, Diversified Projects Inc, Spring Texas
Anadarko il and gas fields; Eagle Ford region in south Texas. I was brought aboard to assist in the project expansion, cost analysis and capital cost control of three natural gas collection facilities. Duties were to provide engineering support as well as formulation of the PSM programs for all three sites. Units were to increase productivity from 65 MCFD distribution output to 135 MCFD once the facility modifications are completed.

Developed system turn-over packages for several newly constructed NG compressor stations owned and operated by Hess Oil Corporation. Performed in-progress and final walk-down of all piping and mechanical systems prior to commissioning and turn-over to the client. Also provided field engineering & capital budget control support during the actual construction of all compressor units as needed.
Project Engineering Manager / Cost Control Coordinator, Industrial Systems Inc., Delta, Colorado:
Responsibilities include project budget control monitoring and project engineering support during the construction and installation of a pilot plant for conceptual extraction of oil from the shale/oil deposits located beneath the rocky mountain, western slope region of Colorado.
Project Manager / Capital Budget Engineer; Trans Canada Pipeline; Gillette, Wyoming: Responsibilities included full scale project management, construction management and contract administration support for a 30” natural gas system spanning 330 miles from Gillette, Wyoming to just east of Dickinson, ND.
Construction Manager / Budget Control Engineer, Shell Motiva Refinery, Port Arthur, Texas: Responsibilities included full scale project cost estimating, project management and construction management support. Major role of initiating the rules, commitments and responsibilities of all safety plans and emergency actions; developing work-load schedules; development of construction feasibility studies and cost/construction reporting programs to the client Saudi Aramco; Solving of mechanical, equipment and civil-structural and piping issues. Heavy involvement with both underground and above-ground piping systems during construction, testing and commissioning phase.
Project Management & Cost Engineer; Brewery Modification, Miller/Coors, Golden, Colorado: Primary responsibilities while on-site are to provide full-scale budget/cost management and support to the construction staff during a multi-million dollar unit modification. Project was for rebuilding certain aspects of the bottling plant as well as on-site fabrication of a series of polished stainless steel storage tanks located in the cellar of the aging unit.
Construction Management / Capital Cost Engineer, Climax 2010 Molybdenum Mine Expansion, Freeport McMoRan Corporation, Freemont Pass, Colorado. Primary responsibilities while on-site were to provide project management and construction support to the project team during the partial demolition and complete reconstruction of this existing above-ground Molybdenum mine site. Specific duties were to resolve problems pertaining to safety issues, schedule development, schedule adherence and unforeseen set-backs during installation of piping systems, mechanical equipment, storage tanks and various other items typically used on a mine site of this nature.
