Summary
Over the last four years I have been assigned to lead engineering positions bringing new parts and processes to market. New products which have required everything from qualification and manufacturing time lines to testing and troubleshooting of operating function and manufacturing methods. Assignments I have had throughout my career range from individual component design to appropriately coordinating operational sequences and sub-system integration of complex systems. This includes understanding the costs, both time and money, of projects and the ability to evaluate in house abilities to get the job done. Through this vast experience I have been exposed to and can work in all three major 3-D design programs formats, SolidWorks, Pro-E, and AutoCAD. I am able to pick up new systems seamlessly as I did with Chief Architect while working part time for an architect friend. My biggest strength is evaluating successful paths, for whole teams, to get to the primary goal of new and routine situations. Feel free to speak with any of my contacts listed below.

Assist with team building the marketing, manufacturing and quality departments in the production and sales of military grade electronic connectors. I established a new system to reduce the set-up time of our plastic injection molding CNC operations, coordinating a data base of past job settings to be used as starting points for new runs of the same part. In the quality department I helped qualify vendors as well as completed CAPA documentation on a variety of our products to the satisfaction of our customers. In these corrective actions I found need to change raw material suppliers, another times change our internal training. There were need to change design in a couple of cases. There was a time I had to inform a customer the price they paid for the component they bought didn't have the high tolerance they were rejecting the part not meeting.
