OBJECTIVE
To work as a Project Manager, to manage project activities to client’s satisfaction, within the established budget and schedule in order to deliver a complete, functional design or facility.
I will as Project Manager, represent the Company’s interest in client interfaces and negotiations.
EXPERIENCE
• Twenty years experience in Engineering, Scheduling, Procurement, Planning and Project Cost Control.
• Industrial design project finalization with clients, coordinate client interfaces meetings
• Execute Project in accordance with corporate practices and Project procedures
• Prepared detailed AFE, budget, schedules, planning and presentations to upper management.
• Change orders management, costs and schedule impact
• Coordinated and managed subcontractors and clients
• Responsible for maintenance of industrial facility
• Environmental area responsible: licenses, inspections, audits, and HSE compliance.
• Provide leadership and commitment to the Project HSE and Quality Plan
• Specific skills and responsibilities include:
• Plan, direct, co-ordinate, control and manage the work
• Developing and implementing a project execution plan that meets with Company and Contract requirements
• Keeping to the control budget within the objectives established for the Project
• To focus upon customer care and customer feedback
• To understand the Project ‘business case’ and drivers
• Act as focal point for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Support services resources deployed on the project
• Interface closely with client management representatives to ensure client interests are being accommodated
• Clearly define and communicate the project objectives and organization to the Project team
• To feedback to the Company, data related to performance of work on a regular basis
• To monitor and expedite account receivables for the Project
• To document lessons learned and to review/implement lessons learned from other Projects
• To close out the Project
• Provides constructive feedback and coaching to assigned staff.
• Responsible for contract and negotiation contract strategy selection
• Responsible of the overall point of contact for all technical, commercial, expediting, contracting and administrative issues relating to the RFP package
• Responsible for the Commercial and Legal Contract negotiations and approval from Legal area.
• Receive, control and close technical queries, non-conformance reports, design changes, vendor's change orders, in conjunction with Engineering.
• Obtain progress reports from suppliers and verify the accuracy.
• Manage the delivery Expediting & Logistics
• Ensure vendor documents are received, reviewed and approved by the relevant personnel on time
• Assess vendor's performance and provide feed-back to Departments.
• Experience in a costing and planning process within a manufacturing environment.
• Contract law knowledge, Terms and Conditions negotiation with Legal Area support
• QHSE categorization experience for Contract negotiation, performance and culture
• Responsible for the management of multidiscipline engineering task
• Responsible for the RFQ/RFP preparation, clarification and vendor qualification and disqualification
• Responsibility for the completion (schedule, cost, and contract) for packages assigned RFQ and RFP.
• Liaison with the Engineering Committee who are responsible for all technical aspects of the RFP package
• Make sure that PO execution is in line with the project schedule
