• Work as Quality Control (QC) with Robert Mondavi Corporation at Woodbridge winery in Alcampo, California
o Work in the lab
Check in the wine tanks before bottling and check wine in the bottle as it’s being bottled

Prepare paperwork
• QC, bottling line, sanitation
• Write CO2, N2, and KMS mixes if measured levels are not appropriate (if measured levels are out of spec the wine can’t be used for production that day)

• Cleansurfaces and equipment (inside of incubators, etc.)

Check quality of the product on the line (if any variable is off, the production line must be shut down till it is fixed or we will place the production on hold)
