Accomplishments • Decreased construction time and cost by recruiting and cultivating relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identified flaws with foundation and underground retention tank designs. Developed solutions, created drawings which were reviewed and approved by the project Professional Engineer. My actions allowed the project to continue as scheduled and within set budget.
• Negotiated with municipality officials a temporary General Contractor Business License for the winning bidder on my project. I was able to complete the project without having to rebid, ask for supplemental funds, or wait several months until the contractor can pass the municipality exam.
