- Finished 2nd place in Design and 3rd place Overall for work in designing, analyzing, building, and testing of a
recumbent bicycle during West Coast Competition.
- Lead engineer responsible for designing and manufacturing parts from composite materials.
- Created a structural belly pan incorporating honeycomb core between plys of carbon fiber.
- Analyzed for localized stresses and strengthened the areas with fiberglass plates/more plys.
- Created a carbon fiber/Kevlar fairing and its male mold.
