ITUP is followed throughout in all the Projects with PRISM tool.
All the Projects that I have handled followed the ITUP Process which having 5 Phases, 4 Gates and 11 Mile Stones defined. I have strictly followed all the activities which were supposed be completed in each mile stones in order to execute the project smoothly and successfully. Also, I used to conduct the Phase wise audit in order to maintain all the baselined artifacts and the approvals on time in PRISM. PRISM is an AT&T repository where we upload all the baselined artifacts and approvals through out the project life cycle. AT&T PM and myself work closely to close each milestones in PRISM as per the ITUP.
