Some of the projects that are being performed under my supervision:
„« Yasmeen Rotana Hotel: The Yasmeen Rotana is a 338 keys 5-star hotel including three executive floors and three restaurants as well as an executive lounge, a 600-seat banquet hall, six meeting rooms, a spa, a fitness centre with swimming pool, a sky bar and a cigar lounge. It is a 130 million dollar development (including land). My duties included full responsibility of the development including design coordinating, construction, coordination with operator, financial control, etc.

Managing of Multimillion Dollar developments. This included design coordination, financial control, quality control, and schedule control.
Some of the projects performed under my supervision:
„« Atlantis Management and Staff Accommodation: It is a 225 million Dollar, 1.3 million square feet development for the housing of Atlantis Hotel staff and management. It consists of seven furnished buildings (two management and five staff). My involvement was during the construction of the structure till the handing over of the buildings.
„« Garden View Villas: It is 40 million Dollars, 134 town house development. ). My involvement was during the construction of the structure till the handing over of the villas.
„« Canal Point Hospital: It is 210 million Dollars, 225 bed, one million feet hospital development. The development includes a state of the art hospital with a wellness center. It was designed and built to meet the highest standards (Joint Commissioning). My involvement was during the construction of the skeleton and starting of the finishes. The project was ultimately terminated and I ensured that the project is terminated in a safe and secure manner and all accounts are settled.
„« Village Center Mall (Palm Mall): It is 1.5 billion Dollars mixed use development. The development includes shopping mall, circus and two residential towers. The project was ultimately terminated and I ensured that the project is terminated in a safe and secure manner and all accounts are settled.

„« Taj Palace ¡VHotel: 80 million Dollar five star hotel. It included 149 rooms and 92 furnished apartments.
„« Al Nahda Residential complex: 85 million Dollar 25 story residential towers. The towers had 800 apartments and a separate health club that included swimming pool, courts and health spa.
„« Four Towers in Al Nahda area: 20 million Dollar 12 story residential towers.
„« Commercial and Residential buildings in Al Kifaf: 14 million Dollar 4 story residential and office buildings.
„« Two residential buildings in Al Khabisi: 9 million Dollar 4 story residential buildings.
„« Two Residential buildings in Karama: It is 25 million Dollar 4 story residential buildings.
„« Car Workshops/Showrooms in Abu Dhabi: It is 30 million Dollars workshops/showrooms for Hyundai and Kia cars. It also has a four story storage area for cars under preparation for client handing over.

„« Ritz Carlton Hotel ¡VDubai
This is 53 million Dollar five star hotel. My responsibilities included material and subcontractor procurement, labor and plant coordination, and overseeing the cost control of the project. Due to the resignation of the project manager, I had to take on the responsibility of the project manager for the last six months of the project. The project was handed over on time and within budget. The client was extremely satisfied with the final product.
„« Hilton Beach Club Hotel ¡V Dubai
This is 30 million Dollar five star beach resort hotel.
„« American Hospital ¡VDubai
This is 29 million Dollar Private Hospital. It included 100 beds with operating and emergency rooms, and labor and delivery ward. It also included outpatient clinics. The hospital was designed by Perkins and will in Chicago and it was designed to meet the joint commissioning standards.
„« Etisalat National Cadres Development and Training Center -Dubai
This is 38 million Dollar Construction project that consists of twelve buildings (Training Center, Training Workshop, Recreation Center, Three Hostels, Two Substations, Service yard, and Two Guard Houses).
„« Ghaya Residence (30 Story Tower)
This is 25 million Dollar thirty-story tower with separate car park.
