-Engineer with 19 years experience in hardware electronic and system design. -As a microwave Engineer I built several Space qualified microwave devices: 'S' and 'X' band transmitters and their associated hardware: Digital Controls, LNA's, switched combiners etc. 'C' RADAR for the F-15 EAGLE, Phased Array antenna for the MAGELLAN mission that mapped the planet VENUS to1 centimeter accuracy, Flateplate RADAR antenna for the SIR-A & SIR-B SPACE SHUTTLE missions, several spacecraft transmitters including Cassini which has worked for over 8 years and is still working today
-Experience with FAA, FDA and DOD in Aerospace and Medical design documentation and testing for EMC, Lead Compliance and FMEA task teams of up to 11 investigation in NASA, Commercial and Defense Systems.

-As a microwave Engineer I built several microwave devices S and X band space flight transmitters including "Galileo", the "MARS ROVERS" and the Cassini x-band transmitter(and one camera) that took 7 years to get to SATURN and has been working in orbit for over 8 years.

ER/TRAUMA MEDIC Work in a local Hospital Emergency Room, my original career. The job market was down and I got a grant to study Mechanical Engineering at Everett CC & Boeing Tech Center. Also Certified in MATLAB_2010, LABVIEW_2011, CAD [CATIA V5, AUTOCAD_2011, SOLIDWORKS_2010]
Re-Certified to work ER/TRAUMA between Engineering jobs and have almost 10 years combined experience. This has been a powerful experience because Medical and Technical people get along like oil and water and I have been used as a liaison for handling people problem since. For Example, test
procedures and compliance documentation were almost unreadable by the technicians because they were written by Engineers for non-engineers most of whom had English as a second language.
ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS ENGINEER BOEING, Everett, WA 5/2007-8/2008
-Worked with BCA on the FAA Certification of the 787-8.
-Solved an ongoing series of problems in Guidance Navigation and Control including the remediation of a
system that would not perform as designed, mostly on optimizing electronic control and feedback loops and

-Became the Test Engineer R & D department of an Emergency Medical Device Company.
Created the test plan for an entire product, built test fixtures and interfaces using ORCAD & Cadence Allegrea, purchased test equipment,
- built up stand alone test stations for the product for internal & external use. Wrote test software in LABVIEW
-Completed analog, digital and RF design and Interfaced the product with BLUETOOTH wireless.
-Completely responsible for the FDA compliance
WIRELESS ENGINEER MICROSOFT, Redmond, WA. 1/2007-6/2007
-Converted several X-BOX peripherals to wireless.
-Performed audio, RF and EMI testing for these devices and completed drawings & documentation.
QUALIFICATION TEST ENGINEER Avtech, Wallingford, WA 8/2004-11/200
-Wrote & Executed a qual test procedure for a commercial avionics GNC system qualify the system for the AWACS-707 derivative
-Qualifications included MIL-STD-463E, DO-160, DO-178, DO-254, DO-810, and AIRINC 4/529(RS-485).
SPACECRAFT ENGINEER SPACEDEV/SCALED COMPOSITES 6/2003-8/2004

-Worked on BURT RUTAN’S SPACESHIP ONE that took the first private citizen into space and won the COLLIER TROPHY and the ANSARI X-PRIZE.
-Worked on the design and contract for the Star-Tracker with Ball Aerospace Co.
-Designed a COTS oriented spacecraft camera that could image earth objects down to 100m/pixel.

BALL AEROSPACE/JET PROPULSION LABORATORY, Boulder, Co 2001-2003
-As an Electronic Systems Engineer I worked on the Integration, Testing & Qualification of the MARS ROVER MISSION that landed to rovers on Mars in January 2004 and are still Roving today.
-As an Optics Engineer I worked on the Star Camera for both the Jupiter/Europa mission and the Pluto Flyby Mission. Responsible for the design of the electronics, schematic capture and PCB layout of the system.
AVIONICS ENGINEER ADAM AIRCRAFT, Centennial, CO. 2003-2004
-Avionics integration of the flight deck. aggressively attacked noise problems and my assignment was to re- layout the instrument panel and track down EMI & GNC problems.
-All engineers were required to be pilots so they were able to accompany the company test pilot in flight testing their system.
BIOMEDICAL ENGINEER PHILIPS ULTRASOUND Bothell, WA. 1998-2000
-Took over the responsibility of ATL’s high end cardiac diagnostic products required writing system test procedures, test plans, updating hardware and daily support to the Systems Test in Manufacturing as well as being the liaison to the Medical Staff.
-Responsible for re-designing and testing of the front-end (RF) components to improve performance and when design changes were made or when new problems arose. This could be as simple as accommodating a new vendors part to assisting in the redesign of the circuits and re-laying out the circuit board, updating or creating test software in C++ and LABVIEW.
