Audit various AS 9100 elements internally, and perform external audits at suppliers, to ensure their compliance to AS 9100/ISO 9001, as well as regulatory and corporate requirements. Help suppliers with Drawing/Specification interpretations and compliance. Monitor and control self release programs at suppliers to ensure conformance to all standards. Familiar with 4 and 5 axis machining, stamping, and precision grinding. Monitoring of complex Electro-mechanical assemblies such as valves, pumps, electronic fuel controls, mechanical fuel controls was consistent within my supplier base.
