• Performed Clean Air Act inspections at facilities in various industries in EPA Region 3.
• Worked with regional counsel to develop environmental cases for air violations in the region.
• Reviewed documents received as the result of federal information requests including, but not limited to, process flow diagrams, financial records, emissions data, and general correspondence.
• Designed databases to analyze large amounts of data received in response to federal information requests.
• Wrote and reviewed reports to further EPA casework involving facilities in multiple industries/sectors, including brick manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, gas dispensing facilities, pulp and paper manufacturing, and steel manufacturing.
• Reviewed confidential information relating to EPA air enforcement casework.
• Obtained training in environmental issues and practical training in enforcement of environmental regulations, including NSPS, MACT, and NESHAP standards.
• Regional CEMS coordinator; reviewed CEMS and RATA reports for compliance and coordinated efforts with states in region to determine actions taken against violations
Senior Design Project, Drexel University
• Worked as member of multi-disciplined engineering team to design fully functional cinema and entertainment complex on Drexel University campus.
• Wrote and revised reports for design project, including proposal and subsequent term updates.
• Compiled information to confirm project findings and provided written and oral reports to university faculty.
