I have been in the tool construction business for 42 years. I have progressively advanced from Tool Maker, Check & Fixture Builder to Skilled Trades Supervisor and eventually Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer. My strong leadership and interpersonal skills have allowed me to have a successful career with General Motors for 42 years.

Since retiring in 2006 I became active in the Canada Creek Ranch Property Association. In 2008 I served as a Board Member and have held my current Vice President position since 2009. The association has over 1800 members.

GENERAL MOTORS/Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer
I was responsible for installation of complete Tooling Lines, including Robots for Metal Fabricating Plants. It was also my responsibility to get the lines (12 to 14 cells per line) to run at production rates after the installation of the lines. 100% success level of the line installations before the due dates.
December 1999 – August 2002
GENERAL MOTORS/Senior Manufacturing Engineer
I was part of a team that was assigned to develop an Error Proofing format for existing tooling within the Metal Fabricating Plants. I was then promoted to Error Proofing Engineer for the Parma Ohio Metal Fabricating Plant. Due to the extreme success of the program the Plant kept me for an additional 2 years beyond the 6-month assignment.
I was later assigned to the Grand River Assembly Plant for the Cadillac CTS. Successful in coordinating between Quality Control of the Assembly Plant and the Metal Fabricating Division.
