QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of Aerospace Engineering and Manufacturing experience with Bell, Boeing, Aerostructures, GKN, Gulfstream,
Northrop Grumman, C130 military modifications, Skunk Works liberty and Big Safari.
* Proficient with structure, mechanical system designs and manufacturing processes.
* Strong background in analyzing components for design, planning, routing, and manufacturability
* Responsible for quality review of engineering drawings including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance),
analysis of tolerance circuits to confirm fit, form, and function of 3 dimensional models and assemblies
* Conduct research, investigation, and analysis in connection with assigned projects, to ensure conformance to
requirements.
* Manage design change and improvement to support lean manufacturing, enhance product life cycle, manufacturing
cost reduction and support management goals.
* Knowledge of composite materials.
* Experienced in sheet metal forming, machine mill fixtures.
TECHNICAL:
3D model creation using Auto CAD (10+ years), SolidWorks 2003-current version (9 years), Unigraphics NX-current
version (5 years), CATIA V5 (2 years), knowledge of surfacing, drawing preparation, basic knowledge of CNC
programming, Vantage System software and familiar with Microsoft applications for technical reports and
documentation.
