-Equipment evaluation. Marketing and Sales. Selecting & purchasing equipment, materials; Equipment specifications and general assembly. Equipment installation. Build technical and commercial proposal in line with Customer requirements and Company approval.
- Performed engineering support in residential construction field through the creation and maintenance of an instrumentation database and through development installation details, plot plans, wiring documentations, mechanical, electrical schematics. Performed work with boilers, tanks, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Systems and more.
- Performed design system components & configurations, sizing, mechanical & electrical integration of Photovoltaic Systems.

“UralMoto” – Ural Motorcycle factory, Irbit, Sverdlovsk region, Russia
- Directly involved in the installation and successful implementation of new machinery, test equipment, inspection equipment and automation for machining and assembling a motorcycle “Ural”. Company achieved production volume while obtaining 10 percent lower motorcycle cost than anticipated, along with expectation of quality. Initiated and participated in multifunctional improvement teams that improved assembly and machining quality and productivity.
1993 - 1996
Manufacturing engineer Seversky Tube Work, Polevskoy, Sverdlovsk region, Russia
Proven track record working with design engineering to develop new product, improve product cost and productivity. Coordinated the introduction and implemented production of the new shapes of hot-rolled and electric-welded steel pipes. Implemented new laser cutting and robotic welding process, which dramatically provided the means to reduce inventories, improve production, product design and cost.
