Responsible for a variety of projects including; established inventory control methods, initiated safety programs and policy, maintained local, state and federal environmental requirements, scheduled equipment maintenance and developed building expansion proposals. Have daily contact with auto part and service providers. Improved company cash flow issues by decreasing time required to finalize warranty issues and RMA’s.

Employed as a Project Manager to the ABB Robotic Automation Group. Coordinating deployment and site preparation activities for a large robotic automation project for USPS. Direct all mechanical and electrical pre-installation activities at 32 different USPS facilities prior to the equipment installations.
Employed as a project consultant to the ABB Paint Automation group in Malmo, Sweden, supporting their project in Manaus, Brazil. Provided advice to ABB, their customer and their suppliers on schedule, risk and project execution issues.

Responsible for the installation, start-up, commissioning and customer acceptance testing of 100 Robotic Containerization Systems (RCS) units at 52 different United States Postal Service facilities throughout the United States. I directed all project & site managers, installation contractors and technicians. This was a 90M dollar project.
·Established excellent customer relations allowing ABB to complete the RCS installations on time and within the project specifications while exceeding customer expectations.
·Hired and trained technical staff to successfully execute projects that increased projected profit margins.
·Directed all field activities and administrative tasks resulting in efficient RCS deployment teams.

Responsible for execution of paint automation projects including construction management, equipment installation and facility and process equipment commissioning.
·Managed all aspects of project for Budd Canada including installation of Wax Booth, Oven and four (4) ABB Robots for wax application on time and under budget.
·Delivered exceptional results on a Volvo Trucks abatement project in Dublin, Virginia designed to improve air quality of paint application to Volvo trucks.
