• Technical knowledge and experience ranging from consumer electronics (coaxial cable, satellite and High-Speed Data) to industrial instrumentation (transmitters, solenoid operated valves [SOV] and analyzers).
• Adept with Microsoft Office, DeltaV Control Studios (cryogenic application) and Remote Administrator.
• Routinely scale 150ft. cryogenic plant.
• Successful in learning and comprehending new systems and methods.

CAREER EXPERIENCE
CRYOGENICS
• Operates both a 105 and 120 ton per day (T/D), Reversing Heat Exchanger ASU (have studied the Molecular Sieve process).
• Capable of starting up ASU from cold point, or warm point requiring Front End Loop (FEL).
• Consistently monitor temperatures, psi, flows, liquid levels and differential pressures in order to maximize efficiency of process during fluctuations.
• Perform daily checks, which are recorded and filed, of all gauges, meters, etc. attached to the actual plant, viz: Main Air. Compressor, Expander, Cold Box, Deoxo Skid, Cooling Tower, O2 Blower.
• Tasked with light maintenance and servicing of all plant equipment including hydrogen generator (used in argon production).
TECHNOLOGY
• Daily computer usage for most operational tasks, and intranet communication with several work terminals designated for operator or engineer.
• Regular use of Microsoft Excel for reports, and printing and logging various worksheets.
• Remotely monitor plant performance and provide off-site assistance if needed.
