Responsible for business development, marketing and management of the Public Sector Business Unit. In addition, has represented government agencies, schools districts, hospitals, architects, design-build firms and private developers in tasks such as contract administration, rezoning and public hearing representation, site planning and design and structural evaluations. Provided due diligence services that determined the restrictions of a property to be developed or redeveloped in reference to site conditions, building systems, environmental concerns and structural evaluations of existing structures. In addition, was the project manager for their non-destructive testing department. Lastly, designed and managed environmental remediation and demolition projects.
