Support/Archive Well Log Data -
Specialize in analyzing & archiving (Geoscience, INTEQ, Livewire, District Data, Open Hole, Cased Hole wireline logs, etc.) by collecting & storing electronic data by examining and evaluating the contents to insure accuracy
• Maintain confidential data by building a physical filing system of back- up data by saving image files to specified drives and directories. Requested SAP id’s for new companies which non-existed under Client Company in WellLink database for future well data archives
• Transfer and load Geoscience seismic well logs by extracting the data for archiving which is stored on the Baker Hughes (Beacon) WellLlink database
• Assisted with retrieving LAS files and or well data for downloading purposes from WellLink (online) database upon client request
• Using the IHS & Well Master search engine tool under the Enterprise Geographic Information System (EGIS) for additional info (LAT/LON, Company Name, API, Location) to fill-in well log attributes
• Provided support to division’s manufacturing and operation groups by participating in special department projects, in addition compiled reports for upper management to present at weekly meetings in order to aid decision making
• Provided assistances with moving data partitions through UNIX for archive once server is reach at ninety percent, upon approval by Manager
• Run a daily report of each partition server through UNIX and send a monthly spreadsheet to Senior Manager with the total server’s performances
