Paper Making Operations-Planning Systems

I used the SAP/APO module to design, develop, and implement wide varieties of production and distribution models to optimize supply chain efficiencies and to facilitate special programs and campaigns. In many instances I created simulation models to evaluate alternative proposals, refine designs, and train personnel and managers.

Paper Making Sustainability-Management System

I led a project team to design, develop, and implement a system within SAP for managing such sustainability metrics and FSC or PEFC credits and/or percentages.

Snow- and Ice-Removal Products

I led a group of engineers, designers, and technicians responsible for designing and developing new products, updating and improving existing products, reducing costs, investigating and resolving field failures, providing manufacturing engineering and quality-management services to the Production Department, providing vendor-qualification and product-qualification services to the Purchasing Department, and building and maintaining engineering laboratories and facilities.
