Sr. Test Engineer
• Lead a major project to define/develop and implement a new low cost PXI based ATE test platform that is flexible enough to be used by multiple business units within the company.
• Responsible for developing test solutions for Clock/Timing devices including PLLs, multiplexers, buffers, VCOs, etc.
• Lead a project for integrating external test equipment into an existing test platform for increased test coverage.
• Served as a mentor to provide training to junior test engineers.
12/00 to 11/06 Medtronic Inc. Tempe, AZ
IC Test Engineer (12/03 to 11/06)
• Responsible for development and implementation of test software/hardware for mixed-signal IC’s on the LTX Synchro test platform.
• Responsible for statistical analysis including: R&R studies, histograms, and yield performance.
• Responsible for creating technical documents/specifications explaining test methodologies, test accuracy, and test requirements.
Sr. Product Technician (7/02 to 12/03)
• Responsible for electrical analysis and disposition of hybrid devices, as well as root-cause analysis of hybrid test rejects.
• Responsible for tracking and presenting product yield information to a development team.
• Assisted Test Engineers with numerous tasks during test development phase.
