• Managing the engineering aspect of the Conformal Coating, Bonding, and (circuit card) Cleaning with both the Operators and the corresponding machines (i.e. Automated Conformal Coating Machine, Aqueous Cleaners, Vapor Degreaser, et cetera.).
• Solving build-specific mechanical or electrical problems with many different parts, and providing on-site process instructions to return the part to conforming to criteria from the drawing specifications and workmanship standards.
• Writing manufacturing process instructions pre-production for various mil-spec electrical cables/harnesses and circuit card assemblies.
• Leading investigatory efforts into Root Cause Analysis of recurring or continuous obstacles interfering with optimal production throughput.
