Perform various engineering assignments of with in AASHTO and GDOT scopes which require application of standard techniques and procedures. Perform construction monitoring, visit construction sites for Quality control and Perform cost estimation using CES. Perform traffic analysis for intersection and lane inclusions or design. Construction Engineer and Inspector
Engineer heavy Civil Highway projects (i.e. S.R. 20 in Georgia), produce inspection reports for structures built on site and produce statements for monetary supplement for the work finished. Know the IBC (International Building Code), Erosion Control, International Mechanical Code (IMC) and the electrical engineering codes and provide third party engineering inspections for all commercial structures. Study construction contracts. Monitor Landfills by testing ground water wells (Use of Balers &/or Bladder Pumps) and Methane gas wells. Run analysis on volatile and metal components that may be found in the Ground Water/ Methane wells.
