Responsibilities: Provide highly detailed oil and gas cartographic products to support Anadarko Regulatory Department for Applications to Permit to Drill (APDs) requests to the Bureau of Land Management.
• QA & QC of GIS data supplied by surveying contractors to be synchronized with versioned ArcSDE for all aspects of Anadarko oil and gas field assets by Plan of Development with a focus upon As-Built datasets for BLM map submittal.

• Aerials, Analysis, GPS, and Modeling:
o Registration and georeferencing of aerial imagery (1955, 1965, 1972, 1979, & 1986) over 450 individual tiles as well as correcting 2001 Land SAT data.
o Performed Image Analysis and used the NOAA Habitat Priority Planner for regional Natural Assets Working Group, Land Use analysis, and maintenance strategies.
o Using GPS devised, developed, and implement method for establishing a Critical Storm and Dune Protection zone along 13 miles of South Carolina coastline that became part of the Land Management Ordinance for the Town of Hilton Head Island.
• GIS Analysis:
o Performed an impervious verse pervious surface analysis per Hilton Head Island sub watershed with breakdowns by land use type and feature type.
o Lead GIS Analyst for the creation of new Digital Flood Insurance Rate Maps (DFIRM) by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and FEMA for Hilton Head Island. All data was cartographically displayed and rendered to represent WAFIS model outputs.
o Critical role associated with the development of stormwater inventory, QA&QC, and analysis for purposes of Phase II of NPDES permitting.
• Software Development:
o Developed model in ESRI Model Builder to perform spatial analysis, data management, calculations, while appending data to SDE (SQL database). Converted model to python script to populate data tables used by Permits Plus tracking software.
o Created two custom VBA GPS mobile forms with Toughbooks CF-17 and Itronix I X260 within ArcPad 7.1 and 8.0 for Initial Damage Assessment per the FEMA Residential Damage Estimator (RSDE) and the South Carolina Emergency Management Center requirements.
• GPS hardware, software and training:
o Lead, trained, and managed all GPS related data collection for all Hilton Head teams.
