* Responsible for QA / QI of all paperwork on a daily basis to ensure that they meet first round billable, appropriate patient care treatment standards in assurance with IDPH and system protocols, EMT and Paramedics are delivering patient care in a manner that provides exceptional care in timely manner.
* Point person for the Loyola Hospital system in regards to all system related documentation QA / QI on a monthly basis.
* Responsible for company orientation regarding all documentation as well as continuing education and retraining with personnel that are in need of correction to ensure that they are providing quality care and exceptional documentation as well as working with the billing department to ensure that all transports are able to be billed within 24 hours of completion.
* ALS provider responsibilities including but not limited to: ECG interpretation, IV administration, First Aid, emergency responses, drug administration for lethal or possibly lethal emergency conditions and verbal / written reports.
* ACLS / PALS certified
* State of Illinois Paramedic License in good standing

* Responsible for receiving incoming requests for ambulance and medi-van service, prioritize calls and dispatch accordingly based on call needs i.e. medi-van, BLS or ALS needs.
* For a first time open ambulance service, BLS preceptors were necessary due to all BLS providers were all new. Responsible for training all BLS employees on the street one on one and third party ride time as well.
