Owner and Principle:

Provide construction counseling services for both private and public sectors including but not limited to project advisory, risk analysis, and strategic planning. Direct client assignment related to construction delays, impacts, and damages. Provide claim preparation, review, and analysis, and assist client through litigation.

o FTR International Inc. Irvine, Ca. February 2002 to February 2012.

Projects Experience:

1- Port of Long Beach- Pier G Operations and Administration buildings. Project $52 Million.

Assistant Project Manager:
This complex multi-phase project extends over 15 regions and boasts three buildings totaling over 100,000 square foot area of finished tenant space. Heavy underground utilities including new water lines, storm drain, reclaimed water, sewer, and gas lines. Construction of duct banks for power and low voltage lines. Removal and disposal of contamination soil including administration of Rule 1166.
Design-Built coordination for the precast wall panels system including City deferred approval and inspection, change of conditions, scheduling, billing, LEED coordination, and conflict resolving.

2- Port of Long Beach- Security Command Center – Project $36 million.
