OBJECTIVE
Engineering Project Manager experienced in technical management, electrical and mechanical design, structural and armor engineering, product development, manufacturing processes, supplier management and customer relations in U.S. and international arenas. Nearly 20 years of diverse experience in vehicle development within the defense industry as an Electrical Engineer and Engineering Project Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Program Management experience with capturing, implementing and managing government contracts for military development, production and sustainment programs.
• Project Engineering experience for a variety of development, upgrade and fielding initiatives.
• Design experience in electrical, mechanical, structures, armor and logistics engineering efforts for military vehicles, remote weapon stations and turret systems.
• Extensive experience with both U.S. and international customers and subcontractors.
• Experienced with the development of proposals and white papers, in addition to conducting contract negotiations with both the U.S. Government and international subcontractors.
• Significant experience with company representation in domestic and international travels.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent writing and communication skills. Trained and experienced in program and project management philosophies and positions. Savvy and engaging in cross-functional operations. Historically well liked with strong business relationships among team members and partners, both internal and external customers, and leadership staff. Experienced in PC and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
