Senior Consultant in consulting company A
• Risk-Informed Safety Classification methodology development for APR1400 design phase model, as well as Risk-Informed In-Service Inspection, Risk-Informed Technical Specification, Risk-Informed Testing and Preventive Maintenance. I am very familiar with NRC, IAEA, and EUR regulations in the area.
• Develop LPSD Level 1 and Level 2 method for KEPCO APR1400 design phase model, as well as spent fuel pool PRA development.
• Seismic PRA methodology development which is used for nuclear power plant seismic risk evaluation;
• Provide nuclear PRA analysis services for the clients, including world-wide used software RISKSPECTRUM (developed by Scandpower Inc.) training, model development and conversion, etc.;
• Performed quantitative risk analysis for oil & gas industries, such as quantitative Safety Integrated Level Validation for Select Safety Functions with fault tree development, Ship Collision risk to the offshore platform, Fire Explosion risk for gas storage tanks, quantitative dropped object study on offshore platforms, etc.

• Provide nuclear PRA evaluation based on risk informed method and create Low Power and Shutdown PRA model for South Texas Project, which include initiators evaluation, fault tree and event tree development and system modeling;
• Provided internal fire risk analysis for Watts Bar Nuclear Power Plant;
• Performed Severe Accident Mitigation Alternatives Analysis for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, which include Level 1 and Level 2 analysis;
