Part 1: Transition to the East Berlin Facility

• Identified potential problems and solutions within existing layouts prior to move
• Implemented and evaluated potential solutions, through the means of time studies.
• Physically involved in the actual removal and implementation of work cells
• In charge of transitioning and setting up hardware at the East Berlin Facility
