* (Material Handling) Kitting and sequencing to reduce micro-motion time and to have efficient production — Reduced the material handling time by developing a Kitting System for
Material supply on assembly line to increase Production rate also leading to the clean, neat and well sorted operation stage.
* (KAIZEN) Design of fixture for Sub-assembly of brake pipe — Designed a fixture to simplify the process, resulting in time saving of 40 min per shift and reduction in worker fatigue.
* (R&D) Noise elimination between clutch pedal and bracket for cross rail connection – Designed a new bracket to eliminate Noise and standardized the Clutch pedal assembly process
