• Responsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to V5000, TS16949, V1000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 standards using QRQC methodology (All functions), Stop Scrap procedures (Related to all manufacturing) where applicable.

• Design/repair/build prototype/production fixture assembly tooling with correct mistake proofing protecting process and customer. Develop and maintains all process documentation. PFMEAs, process flow, PLC upgrades/program changes.
