Senior Engineer
•Project Manager for airport terminal asbestos remediation project. Directly responsible for coordinating multiple contractors and departments to ensure project success.
•Managed contamination cleanup at Stinson Airport. Directly responsible for obtaining remediation contract, reviewing and approving proposals for the work, and for all construction coordination.
•Completed multiple storm water inspections of tenant hangars in compliance with the airport’s Current SWP3 plan and the General Permit / TXR050000 Storm Water Discharge Permit.
•Conducted SPCC and Environmental training for tenants.
•Inspected and took quarterly water samples, as required by the airports storm water permit, at 20 outfalls at San Antonio International Airport and 4 outfalls at Stinson Airport.
•Collaborated with members of the environmental team to prepare a soil management plan as well as a SPCC plan for the airport.
•Reviewed multiple project plans to ensure environmental compliance with airport and TCEQ regulations.
•Project Manager for Greenlight environmental remediation. Primary liaison and coordinator between private land owner and the airport.

Assistant Project Manager
• Successfully completed multiple construction projects as a key support team member in-office and in the field. Conducted safety audits in the field ensuringcompliance with regulatory criteria.
• Contributed formwork concepts, and detailed 4 specific projects using AutoCAD. Project included designing plan views of each floor as well as sections for use by field personnel for formwork placement at each level of the concrete structure.
• Developed formwork designs for 13 different projects ranging in cost from $100K to over $20 million. All projects were multi-level buildings and/or cast in place parking structures. For each project calculated concrete and construction loads to accomplish the most cost effective formwork system.
• Project variables included running shear and moment calculations on lumber and aluminum framing systems, as well as loading calculations for shores. Additionally ran reshoring calculations for multilevel buildings, and prepared AutoCAD layout drawings for field personnel.
• Effectively managed all RFI’s, Addendum’s, and Change Orders requiring engineering alterations.
• Applied structural and architectural drawings regularly to obtain accurate design data and building details to support optimum cost-effective formwork.
