Manage the facility / utility operations, energy management and utilities commodities procurement for multiple substantial and complex facilities, which includes R&D laboratories, vivarium, office buildings, data centers, sterile and solid dosage manufacturing and utility distribution. Responsible for all facility related daily operations and capital improvements.

• Manage main plant utility generation and distribution including; steam (10mw cogeneration plant / boilers), chilled water (chillers/absorbers/cooling towers), air, nitrogen, medium and low voltage electricity, city/fire water and site sewage.
• Manage the operation/maintenance all internal facility systems and equipment
• Coordination and interface with local distribution utility companies, third party supply commodities vendors, federal and state regulatory authorities.
• Manage all aspects of energy procurement to ensure a reliable supply and the lowest cost
