Provided technical support to the Haitian Government monitoring efforts of Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) regarding debris removal projects in the Port-Au-Prince metropolitan area after January 12th 2010 Earthquake. I conducted field inspection for various NGOs debris removal project sites, and dump sites.

Provided Schematic, preliminary design, and Contract document for a 10 story building which is in Brockton, MA. Field inspection conducted during the schematic phase of this project.

Perform structural analysis for commercial, institutional, municipalities, and telecommunication structures. Duties included inspections on existing roof structures for placement of proposed telecommunication equipment, buildings, and bridge inspections.
Performed bi-yearly inspection of Mass Turnpike I-90 corridor where road surfaces, bridges, and rest area structures are categorized on the field.
Conducted inspectional services for Mass Highway Callahan Tunnel, both east and west vent buildings. In addition road surfaces and both lower& upper air plenum were inspected.
Participated in numerous FEMA assignments involving disaster recovery in Florida, Alabama, California, and New York. As Project Officer I coordinate with local cities and towns to develop Project worksheets. This work included damage assessment of residential and commercial structures in the state of Mississippi Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina. FEMA assignments were performed from September 2004 through April 2006.
