-Primary Responsibility: Overseeing the procurement and logistics of over 200 materials for use in the surgical device assembly.
-Design policies on tracking and recording raw materials as part of quality systems.
-Raised labor efficiency by designing a self-directed inventory management system that saved the company 11% of its labor costs.
