Engaged in the not for profit business of managing major projects for multiple multifaceted companies, whose products with factors of concern for public health and safety, seek safety on usage certifications. Working with production and regulatory compliance management to ensure their drinking water additives are safe and meet regulatory requirements. Promptly process all records, documentation, and invoicing of services, and follow-up on customer correspondence. Facilitate certification projects by interfacing with other departments (accounting, shipping, field services, toxicology, laboratories, etc.) to help ensure timely testing and evaluation of the products. Travel to customer onsite locations both domestic and international for evaluation reviews, testing/re-testing verifications, and trade shows. Conduct product evaluations, field tests, and initial audits; review accompanying documentation; prepare reports documenting the results of the evaluations and reviews. Determine appropriate testing and reviews required for certification. Compile necessary documentation to support certification. Provide ongoing follow-up and status reports to customers as the primary point of contact for all NSF related services and activities. Ensure that the client’s schedule and deadlines are communicated to the service departments and that the deadlines are met. Resolve issues of non-compliance as appropriate. Peer review certification changes for other project managers. Listen to clients to determine other NSF services which might be applicable to the client. Ensure the client is educated on other NSF services.

Responsible for handling the auditor application process, maintaining auditor files, setting up training sessions/conferences, providing general assistance and customer service to auditors and prospective auditors, tracking continuous improvement surveys, and updating & maintaining the auditor extranet.
