Career Objective

Prior Experience Summary
For over 25 years I have worked in several different disciplines involving land development, designing, drafting, planning entitlements and interfacing with planning staff, building departments and various utility departments planning major arterials, bikeway corridor design, capital improvement projects, private land development subdivisions and commercial developments.
Have represented private land owners in obtaining zoning/rezoning modifications, tentative map approvals and interfaced with community organizations for project support.

Project Highlights:
Empire Ranch: Folsom CA.
A 1750 acre master planned golf community, land planning, prepared grading and drainage plans, club house site and parking lot design, arterial, collector and local road design and miscellaneous improvement plans.
City of Folsom S.O.I.:
Folsom Sphere of Influence containing 3600 acre annexation, specific plan concepts,mapping, forward land use and transportation planning, new right of ways, drainage and major arterial infrastructure with light rail alignments in unimproved rural area of Sacramento county.
Groveland Community Services District: Prepared a land use study for an expansion of water/wastewater treatment facilities, infrastructure & recreational amenities for the town of Groveland CA.
National Parks:
Several projects that entailed the improvement and expansion of existing water,sewer and parking lot design for the western region. Conversion of Fort Ord and the Presidio of San Francisco under the Base Realignment and Closure act.
State of California Parks: several redesign and retrofit projects that for improving dilapidated infrastructure on existing water, sewer and drainage systems. Sewage treatment facilities, pumps, parking lot expansions and design.
Sena @ Olympic Village Squaw Valley, CA:
Prepared on-site and State Route 89 off-site improvement plans for a 240-unit world class spa condominium project. Highlights entail regional sewer expansion and on-site water development, treatment, and storage.
