-New pre-cast concrete telecommunications building for the Idaho National Laboratory (INL)
-Scope of work includes seven underground pre-cast vaults connected with over 1000 ft of electrical duct banks cast in place with concrete, and new electrical system inside the dial room with battery stations, data racks, servers, and dry fire protection system.
-Developed Primavera project template so submittals and administration processes could be easily duplicated on other INL/BEA projects.

Challenger Regional Office – San Jose, CA
Substantial Completion Date – July 2011
Approx. Size – $3.5 Million
-New 17,000 square-feet two-story office building with basement, serving as the main office for the Challenger School campuses in Northern California.
-Hybrid structural steel/wood framed building with seismic-reinforced concrete basement; scope of work included landscaping/site improvements, metal roof with TPO mechanical well, and electrical/utility tie-ins to existing campus adjacent to project.

Grifols Plasma Testing Facility – San Marcos, TX
Substantial Completion Date – October 2010
Approx. Size – $10.5 Million
-New 77,000 square-feet concrete tilt biomedical plasma testing facility.
-Scope of work includes a two story “cold” room for storage plasma to be delivered to satellite facilities throughout the US; project also includes medical testing labs, corporate office spaces, and refrigerated/conditioned testing spaces.
