Lead engineer for the grinding focus factory which manufactures 1½ million saw blades and burrs annually.
· Improved the efficiency of the factory from 80% to 140% by driving projects defined by the strategic VSM.
· Managed a project to replace two older pieces of grinding equipment with a new creepfeed grinding system resulting in savings in excess of $500,000 annually.
