2010-Present- CAD TECH I – KC Engineering
CAD Drafting for Industrial, Commercial and Agricultural projects, which included concrete foundations and details, floor plans, elevations and site plans. Also used Autocad REVIT Architecture for modeling projects and created construction drawings and details from these models. Created Renderings for project review by clients.
2010-2010- Drafter-All Power Inc.
General Drafting for Meat Industry Trolleys, Chains, Hooks and misc items for meat industry. Generated CNC pathing for waterjetting machine with use of FlowMaster Software. Printed associated drawings for daily Work Orders as needed.
2008-2010 – Construction Draftsperson – Beef Products Inc (BPI)
CAD/Drafting Operations, working with the Engineering on capital construction
projects. Generated misc. construction details, which included fabrication drawings
for Stainless Steel components such as stairs, precast wall liners, pipe hangers
and brackets and many other misc components. Generated site & site utility plans
from “as-built” field information/sketches. Generated preliminary and final CAD
drawings of projects for precast building construction which included building
sections, elevations, roof plans, floor plans, door and window schedules and misc architectural and structural details.
2006-2008 – Engineering CAD Manager – City of LeMars
CAD Operations, working with the Engineering Department on capital
project plans. Reorganization of CAD operations, including updating
computer hardware/software. Updating the City’s general mapping and
maintaining the same as up-to-date as possible. Established an interface
procedure with other governments (cities, counties, state, federal) and
consultants (SEI, MEC, B & M, DLW, TSP, HGM, CDG, etc) for proper long
term record keeping of all public infrastructure projects. Completed
cross-training with City Staff in Engineering and Code Departments.
