HVAC Upgrade Project
Monitored and audited the initial phase of upgrading the thermostat system in the present 147 CTA rail station communication rooms/huts to a new network controlled thermostat system which included field inspections, checking for completeness, efficiency and compliance to standards along with maintaining records of the entire project.
Coordinated and proposed the initial phase of the communication room/huts HVAC system upgrade project for present 147 CTA rail stations in order to fix the overheating problem and prepared comprehensive reports and presentations relating to the findings of the inspections.
Station Master Project
Prepared initial sketches, drawings, specifications and technical reports for the communication room/hut at all the 147 CTA rail stations under the station master project. Prepared comprehensive reports relating to the findings of inspections and investigations
Inventory Management Project
Coordinated, managed and monitored the inventory of the warehouses at CTA by applying Lean Six Sigma procedures for better management of inventory.
Network Maintenance
