Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensures maximum possible service availability and performance.
• Performs first level support, diagnostics, and resolution to ABS clients’ queries and service problems through phone calls, emails, and other communication medium.
• Perform test procedures and analyze test results to isolate and determine type of service problem and assist in restoration of service.
• Assists customers on antenna verification test, crosspol interference test, 1 dB compression prior to activation.
• Monitors the operation and utilization of the ABS fleet to ensure they are operating within nominal power level.
