Site Manager and Operations Analyst for Department of Homeland Security prototype maritime port security system.
Managed a field service shop of 4 technicians, providing 24/7 on call support as well as regular Preventative Maintenance (PMS) and Casualty Repairs. Trained all technicians on the technical aspects of equipment and network, FRACAS reporting, Preventative Maintenance program, Tower Climbing and any other job related information.

Maintain database of Government equipment and parts installed at sites as well as stocked in shop warehouse for maintenance and emergency repairs. Also, maintain tracking system of trouble tickets to provide Government with detailed failure data for analysis and Engineering changes (FRACAS).
Close contact with Government officials and Law Enforcement Agencies to ensure that systems are performing to expectations.
