• Tasked to change the culture of what was a Procurement organization to a collaborative, team-based Supplier Management organization.
• Redefined team roles and responsibilities, engaged the supplier community, deployed a mentor protégé program and developed an outreach program providing training opportunities for suppliers.
• Managed all aspects of supplier relationships and performance throughout all contract phases. Developed the first Supplier Scorecard measuring cost, schedule, technical, safety and quality performance.
