WORK EXPERIENCE
• SOUTH DAKOTA STATE UNIVERSITY (May 2011 to present)
GRADUATE RESEARCH ASSISTANT

Testing was completed in the summer of 2011 in the Lohr Structures Lab at South Dakota State University. I used SAP2000 (a structural analysis program) to model the towers and evaluate the performance of the bolted connections. As part of my graduate research assistantship, I have been involved in other research projects, including testing of light frame wood shear walls under cyclic loading and testing of steel box truss towers in torsion.
