PROJECT MANAGER 2003 – 2012
• Reported to the Engineering Manager, responsible for managing and overseeing all activities related to the engineering of citrus processing automation projects, general citrus projects and projects in the aseptic area.
Key Accomplishments:
• Successful managed, planned and coordinated all phases of engineering work for customers' citrus aseptic projects related to tanks aseptic loading and unloading; calcium on-line aseptic addition to orange juices, aseptic pulp addition, etc.
• Responsible for turn-key projects from $ 500,000.00 to 1.5 million related to the citrus industry. These projects included engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, control systems, shipment, installation, and commissioning. The main turn-key project was the management of the Garcia Carrion facility in Spain. The engineering was developed between JBT Brazil, US, Italy and Spain. Facilitate communication between team workers.
• Supervise and review performance of a staff composed of mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Computer Technicians and Software Programmers
• Conducted technical management meetings with customers in US, South America and Europe related to future projects.
