• Program, automate, and Gage R&R vision measurement systems for inspection of parts without operator influence. Use Excel Macros to integrate 3 different software packages in order to increase traceability, increase ease of data collection, and reduce paper usage within inspection process.
• Decreased inspection cycle times by more than fifty percent for a $6M per annum product line.
• Integral in moving laser department from a manual system to a completely automated system by managing the acquisition and implementation of $1M in equipment. Develop manufacturing process for new parts, including vision, motion and laser system programming on the new equipment. Created templates for future development work to allow for a shorter lead time.
• Maintain system and assisted in implementation for wireless program transfer on CNC Swiss Screw Machines.
• Analyzed third party nonfunctioning software meant to gather data and calculate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Develop plan to implement replacement to realize original objective.
• Self-trained in various programming languages, software packages, and database usage.
• Internally audit the Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001.
