Widely experienced leader with more than 15+ years of experience in the automotive industry. Involvement includes; Sales, Program Management, Product Development, Lean Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineering. Experience has lead to working in union & non-union environments. Company responsibilities have lead to multiple positions at both the plant and corporate level.
The foundation of my professional career is based in the automotive industry, in a very fast paced / high volume production environment. The core of my experience is Industrial Engineering; from an Intern-ship, to Co-op, to direct hire I.E., then to Lean Manufacturing Manager. High level exposure, has led to various positions at the corporate level such as; Product Development Engineer, Program Manager, & Account Manager. All of this work experience supported by a BS in Engineering from Western Michigan University.

Part Design Varies from: Roof ditch moldings, appliqués (B/C-Pillar’s), Bodyside moldings, and Rocker moldings. Customer support includes: Ford, Nissan, and Chrysler using their native language.
Additional design support included: DFMEA’s, GD&T, Swing Studies, RSS/DVA’s, Boundary Diagrams, Robustness Checklists, Red Pepper.
