• Lead software engineer responsible for software technical decisions and day-to-day team tasking for the Distributed Control Integrated Waveform radio upgrade. Other responsibilities include customer interaction and presentations, software metrics and financial tracking, and development of deliverables necessary to meet software development milestones.
• Integral in transitioning legacy program to more modern software processes and tools. Introduced Agile software development techniques using scrum and Rally, and implemented continuous integration using nightly builds with Jenkins. Assisted with the implementation and roll-out of ClearCase/ClearQuest software configuration management techniques and promotion groups.
